"I would fully recommend Heatsource. I was left without any central heating or hot water due to a gas leak at home. I telephoned a number of companies including Heatsource. James answered the call in a reassuring manner promising that someone would get back to me that same day. Although extremely busy as it’s Wintertime and even with some of the team off, James kindly came round that same day to assess the work that needed to be done. I then received a quote the following morning. I was told possibly end of the week but more likely the following week the work would be carried out. I was very happy when they contacted me a couple of days later saying that two of their engineers would be with me end of that week. Paul and Roland were the two engineers. They arrived early, talked me through what needed to be done. They were extremely polite, competent in what they were doing and respectful of my home even when they had to remove a small portion of my dinning room wall to access the gas meter and run new pipes under my upstairs flooring to connect to the boiler. It wasn’t a straightforward job but they completed it in a quick and timely manor. James then followed up later that day to check I was happy with the work that had been carried out. Needless to say I was extremely happy with Heatsource and everyone I came into contact with there, particularly their high quality of service and experience. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them."
